Do you have some questions about the services that we provide? If so, you can always feel free to call us or to send us an e-mail. Here is a short list of some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.

If we hire you for our wedding, do we need a photographer as well?
The answer to this question is no. We can handle all of the photography for your event if you are working with a tight budget. However, we highly recommend that you hire a professional photographer in addition to our services. Why? The main reason is that getting high quality wedding photography requires a good deal of time. If we are shooting your still photography for your family sittings, then we won't be with the rest of the wedding taking candid, journalistic shots. If you need help in getting a recommendation for a quality photographer, we will be happy to assist you.

How long will the video be?
The key to a good video is excellent editing. Typically, you won't want your video to be any longer than 20 minutes. This allows you to take the video of the event and then compress down to a size that is enjoyable to view and that is full of highlights. You don't want these to run too long.

How much time does it take to get the video and/or scrapbook after the event has occurred?
Typically, it takes about four weeks to complete the process. Much of this depends on getting timely feedback from you. Since this is customized, hands on work, it's important that we give it the time it needs to be right.
